Flight from Queenstown to Christchurch
Day 1. Christchurch to Wanaka
Your driver will meet you at the airport or your accommodation in the morning, and we drive the scenic route south to Lake Tekapo. Take in the stunning views of the crystal blue waters and snow capped peaks. Continue on via Lake Pukaki, another glacial fed lake and be awestruck by the beauty of New Zealand’s highest peak Aoraki/Mt Cook at 3754m.
We make our way into the ski resort town of Wanaka late afternoon and pick up our ski and equipment rentals, (please note that ski/board hire is an extra cost) then check into your premium accommodation for 3 nights.

Day 2. Ski Treble Cone, Wanaka
We drive up to the Southern Hemispheres favourite ski area Treble Cone. Spend the day cruising the slopes or exploring some serious off-piste terrain. Late afternoon it’s time for some après- ski in Wanaka and then relax in the hot tub back at the lodge.

Day 3. Ski Cardrona, Wanaka
We head up to Cardrona ski areaand spend the day skiing the slopes and enjoying the views over the region. Cardrona ski area has a great range of terrain, family friendly slopes and a fantastic snow park for the jibbers.
Afternoon après-ski and maybe some shopping? Enjoy the nightlife and great selection of restaurants to entertain your evening.

Day 4. Wanaka to Queenstown
Late morning we drive to Queenstown, stopping to view the home of bungy jumping at the Kawarau bridge, then a visit to the historic and boutique Arrowtown. A chance for wine tasting at a local winery, then the day is yours free to relax and enjoy this vibrant and bustling resort town. Queenstown has a fantastic selection of shopping, cafes and adventure activities to fill your day.

Day 5. Heli-Ski Queenstown
Today we prepare for the highlight of our winter ski vacation, a heli-ski day with the regions top heli ski company - Alpine Heli ski. Whether you’re a skier or snow boarder it’s 4 runs of pure adrenaline and plenty of vertical drop. So get your powder skis on for a fantastic day. Lunch included.

Day 6. Queenstown
Your choice today, another day on the slopes or a day relaxing in New Zealand’s adventure capital. Your driver is available to take you to Glenorchy, a beautiful little town situated at the end of Lake Wakatipu, or take an optional return helicopter flight to Milford Sound and a Fiord cruise through remote New Zealand wilderness (4 hours).

Day 7. Queenstown to Christchurch
This morning we say goodbye to Queenstown and take a flight back to Christchurch.
